All solar panels and equipment installed by Solaris PowerCo are covered by manufacturer warranties, typically ranging from 10 to 25 years depending on the product. We also offer a 10-year workmanship warranty, covering labor and installation-related issues.
Warranty coverage specifics are outlined in your signed contract and may differ by product.

Third-Party Products & Installers
Solaris PowerCo may utilize third-party financing providers, installers, or equipment manufacturers. While we only work with vetted and licensed partners, we are not responsible for defects, delays, or liabilities caused by third parties. All partner terms and warranties will be shared with you prior to installation.

Alabama-Specific Legal Disclosures
- Solaris PowerCo is fully compliant with the Alabama Board of Electrical Contractors and any relevant state and local building codes.
- In Alabama, solar customers may be required to obtain utility approval before connecting a system to the grid (interconnection).
- Net metering policies in Alabama may vary depending on your utility provider. We will help guide you through these requirements, but we do not control or guarantee net metering benefits.
- You may verify contractor licensing through the Alabama Licensing Board for General Contractors.

Tax Credits, Rebates & Financial Incentives
Solaris PowerCo may provide general information about the Federal Investment Tax Credit (ITC) and other potential savings. However, we do not provide tax or legal advice. The availability of solar tax incentives depends on your personal tax situation and may change due to legislative updates.
Please consult a licensed tax advisor regarding eligibility for:
- Federal Solar Tax Credit (currently up to 30%)
- Local utility rebates (if applicable in your area)
